nutritiondata.com - ahhhhhmazing website for nutritional information for foods. It includes a food's amino acids, nutrient balance, fullness factor, and lots of other stuff for the beginning or advanced nutrition geek.

It is a great place to begin/maintain/and learn, and I swear by it.

Here is a website that has a lot of healthy recipes, My wife and I was looking though it over the weekend. When you click on one of the recipes, it also tells you the nutritional info that's easy to read...........
