Did a couple sets of squats today, perfect form with only 135 lbs. I was going pretty low, not full ATG but close to it. Lower back is hurting though, I really don't want to lose squats over this stupid back injury but not sure what else I can do.
For refreshers I have endplate vertebral depressions L1-5 and compressed facets L1-2. Injuries aren't from weight lifting.
