Has anybody who has seen the end of Dexter season two put together some parallels from it to the death of Chris Benoit? The way the guy who was the killer and died's wife reacted wanting to celebrate his life, yet nobody would celebrate a killer, regardless of how great he was considered at one point.

I don't know about shocking the world either. I think if someone like Cena did it, it'd be more shocking. After I heard the news I thought bout it then said its not that surprising. Told a few people, got similar responses. He's just a mean looking guy.
