stupid wrestling i think its called question

me and my friends usually go to the park and fight but no kicking or punching just grappling and take downs basicly. im sure thats like highschool wrestling...... o well
my one friend is smaller than me somewhat so his only way to win is a headlock, i wrestled him and here are cliffs
1st round he gets me in a headlock and my neck cracks so i tapped because it hurt bad
2nd round he got a choke on me but it was an illegal one so it didnt count
3rd round i caught him in a triangle hold which was sweet and he tapped
4th round we didnt do because some kid poured water on us so we just left and hopefully finishing the fight sometime

how do you get out of a laying down headlock, cant find the answer so ive come here for your guys help. he beat my other friend whos bigger than me with his laying down headlock so i need to know how to get out of it

IF he has his legs wraped around your body then try and lift up onto your feet driving you shoulder into his chest he will let go or hold tighter or just punch right at the ribs he should let go in seconds.

If u let him get like, a full rear-naked choke on u, unless u have a huge size/strength advantage ur probably screwed. learn to avoid it.
