Jay Cutler will win the olympia. If you haven't seen his pictures from 9 weeks out he was weighing 291 lbs. and is conditioned and huge. He will be ripped, dry and huge when he comes on stage. I guarantee he will nail his condition and no one will be able to match his size. He is a shoe in for his third title.

Top 10 in order:

1. Jay Cutler
2. Dexter Jackson
3. Dennis Wolf
4. Toney Freeman
5. Phil Heath
6. Gustavo Badell
7. Melvin Anthony
8. Dennis James
9. Silvio Samuel
10. Fouad Abiad

Dex is going to be coming into this olympia looking better than anyone, hes put on alot of size and his conditioning is great. Hes deffently finishing out on top as this years olympia. Jay is just jay no one ever compares hes simply amazing but i just dont fell hes going to look as good as dex. Tony freeman is just on a roll right now winning his last two shows, hes looking great. i watched olympia the series with bob chick and he interviewed tony and theres no way hes not finishing in the top 5 hes absolutly a monster. Speaking of monsters phil heath is deffently a monster his Competition Weight is about 230 lbs but should be weighing in more since he put on 16 pounds of lean muscle. In 2007 wolf finished 5th in the olympia and i fell hes going to finish around the same spot, theres just so much competition but he is also a animal his competion weight is 258 pounds. That wraps up my top 5 those 5 spots are a deffinite the next 5 we will see who can get in that top 10. There are so many great bodybuilders here its amazing how good everyone is looking right now.

1.Dexter jackson
2.Jay cutler
3.tony freeman
4.phil heath
5.Dennis wolf
6.Badell, Gustavo
7.Anthony, Jr. Melvin
8.James, Dennis
9.Jackson, Johnnie
10.Samuel, Silvio

Who do you think will win the 2008 Mr. Olympia? Why?

Mr. Jay Cutler will win because he is the full package. He is the mass monster of the event and has some gigantic sculpted legs along with the best lats out of anybody in my opinion. You see those lats from the back and the contest is over. Last year, he was not as sharp. All he has to do is to remember his first win at the 2006 Mr. Olympia and replicate that conditioning . The show will be a piece of cake if he does that.

There is still one more qualifying event (Atlantic City Pro) - Who do you think will win that show and will they be able to break the top ten?

Toney Freeman has won the last two shows he entered in showdowns with Dennis James. The X-Man has came back from his disappointing Arnold Classic performance to show the world he is ready. He is huge and if his conditioning is like that of Europa..the show is OVER. Freeman will break the top ten certainly this year and allow him to forget his disappointing 14th place finish at last year's Olympia. With his conditioning, the X-Man might even push for a top 5.

What do you think the top 10 will look like? Why do you put them in this order?

1)Jay Cutler-This man is the mass monster and look for him to replicate his 2006 super conditioned form. He knows the feeling of winning and last year's victory almost escaped him. Cutler will win because he wants the world to know he is the Best. I just can't pick against Cutler. His legs are out of this world. Complete package and his waist will be streamlined this year.

2)Dexter Jackson-The talk has been about Jay vs Dex and for good reason. Dexter aka Mr. Blade showed last year he can compete with the big boys and trust me he will push Jay to the limits. Blade is shredded from head to toe with superior abs. He doesn't have as much muscle which gives the nod to Cutler unless Cutler lacks conditioning.

3)Phil Heath-Phil has been working hard to gain mass on his frame and the second place finish at the Arnold Classic showed that. It is important to note that since he finished behind Dexter Jackson. The Gift has the best triceps , but he lacks the experience to get any higher than third. Look for the next year to be his chance to complete for a top 2 position.

4)Dennis Wolf-The question has been. Where has Mr. Wolf been? Mr. Wolf has been training hard bringing up his weaknesses like his calves and hamstrings. He is youthful in appearance, but last year shocked plenty with his 5th place finish at the Mr. Olympia. Germany's finest with his amazing shoulder to slim waist ratio will again test the Mr. Olympia waters, but he will finish fourth at best.

5)Toney Freeman-X man been killing this year every since the horrible performance at the Arnold Classic earlier in the year. He won the Tampa Pro and Europa Show with his killer shoulders and legs. 14th place last year was disappointing, but he is motivated this year. If he keeps the size and cuts we seen this year, 5th place will be his for the taking.

6)Dennis James-James this year has been challenging Toney Freeman and has made the sport more competitive besides the talk being about Jay vs. Dex. This dude looks huge on stage. He owns most muscular poses, but for him to place this high he needs to work on his abs. They leave more to be desired. If he can go back in time to 2003 and remember his fourth place finish, watch out folks.

7)Silvio Samuel-one of the few guys who can compete with the big boys on any day. Always ripped and peeled to the bone. This year is a little tough for him to get a better placing. His lack of size hinders him getting any higher than this position. I would rather see him destroy the 202 open class, but he'ss in the Olympia. More size needed to compete with the big boys.

8)Gustavo Badell-Gustavo Badell deserves consideration for this spot. Badell is huge folks, but it can not overcome his out of control waist. He has made improvements to it, but he still has a long way to go. Don't count the veteran out though, since Badell has finished third twice.

9)Melvin Anthony-I have no clue what happened to him at the Arnold this year, but he poses great. More conditioning needed in his lower section(especially his hamstrings).

10) Fouad Abiad- There has to be no doubt that Abiad is the underdog in this show to place in the top 10. I watched the Europa and was impressed with his showing. The Canadian phenom showed at the Europa he can compete with his friends across the border. His conditioning will determine where he places. If not in top shape, you can expect a Houston Pro like performance. If the conditioning is sharp, watch out for Abiad.

Who do you believe will make the biggest improvement? Who do you think is the most under-rated competitor that could surprise people this year?

Biggest improvement will come from Toney Freeman who placed 14th last year. The X-Man will be at his best shape for all the reasons mentioned before. Most under-rated man is also Toney Freeman. Don't count the X Man out. 14th place last year will not happen again. Freeman is back ladies and gentleman. The old vet is ready.

Bonus Question: How do you feel about the Mr. Olympia contest? Do you get excited for this time of year, like football fans when the Super Bowl comes around, or do you not really care?

The more I read about Jay vs. Dex and James vs. Freeman just adds to the excitement of the Mr. Olympia. I read every bodybuilding magazines that I can get my hands on and read many websites. I'm addicted to the sport and like the Super Bowl has interesting storylines. One day I will go to Mr. Olympia and experience it in full effect. Some may say these are not athletes, but these physiques prove otherwise. I also like seeing the Figure and Fitness contests too. The whole experience to learn more about training, nutrition, and mental fortitude keeps me smiling every day as I try to attain the best body I can.

Who do you think will win the 2008 Mr. Olympia? Why?

I firmly believe that Jay Cutler will defend his title and win his third consecutive Mr. Olympia. In this current age of bodybuilding, the aspect of the physique that matters most is clearly muscle mass. And Jay, bar none is the biggest competitor. Last year he came in with poor conditioning and still won, proving that size is the most important quality for an Olympia-caliber body. After seeing recent pictures of Jay, he looks hard, defined and well conditioned. Combine that with his brutal size and he cannot lose.

There is still one more qualifying event (Atlantic City Pro) - Who do you think will win that show and will they be able to break the top ten?

Toney Freeman will win. As long as he brings the top conditioning that has helped him win his most recent competitions. He should also be able to finish in the top 10 at the O. I think he?ll finish around 6th-7th.

What do you think the top 10 will look like? Why do you put them in this order?

1. Jay Cutler- This mass monster will not lose unless he comes in off. His size blows away the competition. A third Sandow awaits Jay.

2. Dexter Jackson- The blade will bring a great package to the stage in Vegas. He will have great symmetry and proportion to go along with his fantastic definition. However, due to Jay?s size advantage, Dexter will have to settle for second.

3. Phil Heath- After a great 2nd place finish at this year?s Arnold, Phil is poised to take the Olympia by storm. After working hard to add about sixteen pounds to his frame, look to Heath for a strong third place finish.

4. Dennis Wolf- Dennis? had a great showing at the ?07 Olympia with a 5th place finish. I haven?t seen any pictures of Big Bad Wolf lately, but if he comes in on top like last year, he has the opportunity to move up a place and finish 4th. Provided that Dennis worked on bringing up his weak points (legs, lower back), he should have another good show.

5. Toney Freeman- Toney has really been on top of his game for his last couple of competitions. I expect this trend to continue all the way through the Olympia. Hopefully, Toney can live up to some big expectations will a 5th place finish.

6. Silvio Samuel- Silvio brought a great package to the Houston Pro. He?s smaller than the big guys out there, but like Dexter, he has a lot of definition. Silvio doesn?t have the mass, unfortunately, to finish any higher than 6th.

7. Melvin Anthony- Melvin Anthony has a very well balance and aesthetic physique. I think he?ll come in good enough for 7th.

8. Gustavo Badell- After watching the episode on Gustavo Badell in bodybuilding.com?s 2008 Olympia coverage videos, I was impressed. If his conditioning is good, 8th place should be his.

9. Dennis James- After competing with Toney Freeman in some previous competitions, I look for Dennis to finish 9th. He has size to compete with the big guys, but not the overall package.

10. Fouad Abiad- Fouad is very under estimated. He will sneak into the top ten in his first Olympia.

Who do you believe will make the biggest improvement? Who do you think is the most under-rated competitor that could surprise people this year?

Seeing that Phil Heath didn?t compete in the Olympia last year, I would say that going from not competing to a most likely top 5 is quite an improvement. Also, look for Fouad Abiad. Toney Freeman will probably make up for finishing 14th with a top 5 finish according to my predictions.

Bonus Question: How do you feel about the Mr. Olympia contest? Do you get excited for this time of year, like football fans when the Super Bowl comes around, or do you not really care? What

The question should be ?how can you not care?? Any self respecting bodybuilding fan should be excited for the Olympia. Although it is somewhat of a shame today, how the classical proportions of the golden age of bodybuilding have been lost. Even though bodybuilding is not in its ?golden age? the competition is still great and it?s exciting to see the outcome of the biggest competition that bodybuilding hosts.

No, Ronnie is qualified to compete if he wants to but won't be since he's retired.

To put mine short, I think Jay Cutler will be first even though I don't like him, just because he is currently the best. I want Dexter to come first but he just isn't holding as much mass by a long shot to be able to do it.

4. Toney Freeman
5. Phil Heath
6. Gustavo Badell
7. Melvin Anthony
8. Dennis James
9. Silvio Samuel
10. Fouad Abiad

1. Jay Cutler- He will bring back his good conditioning, no one can match his size, he is wider than a barn, he will be dry, his quads will be more shredded and feathered than anyone elses, he knows what it takes, and he's the champ! A third Sandow is surely in store for Mr. Cutler

2. Dexter Jackson- The "Blade", what can I say. Dex brings it every time. He will bring the most shredded package, with a crazy serratus, a great front double bi, great arms, and a crispness unmatched by anyone. The problem lies in his size and in his calves. He can not match Jay if Jay has good condition, he's just too small and He has to have the worst calves in the game. He is a shoe in for second, but if Jay for some reason is not conditioned he could over take him.

3. Dennis Wolf- Holy crap this guy is big. He's young, he's got a tiny waist, extremely wide shoulders, good legs, big arms, and he is dry as a bone. He's got enough to be a future Mr. Olympia. What he doesn't have is thickness. His hams lack character, his chest could be fuller, his back needs more separation, and his lower back is desperate for thickness. He has some weaknesses, but he is the future and good enough for third.

4. Toney Freeman- The X-man is coming off two wins and is back to his normal self. Can I say symmetry, symmetry, symmetry. He has got size, conditioning, shape, but most of all proportions. He brings a great package, but on the down side he is a little bit tall, his chest could use some thickness, his last olympia outing was all hype and no show, and he holds on to a little film of water. If he hits it like he says he will, Toney will have a great show.

5. Phil Heath-The "gift". Phil has a great gift, he has put on tons of size since last year and has still been able to keep his conditioning. He comes in conditioned, dry, and full. His arms are absolutley huge and his overall package is quality. He still has a lot more growing to do and he will just keep getting better. He has got a great back, but he really needs to work on his delts to himself a wider appearance. He lacks width from the front and the rear. Fill needs to get some width and put on some more size, but other than that he will open some eyes at this years olympia.

6. Gustavo Badell-He is a veteran of the sport and if he bring his great conditioning from the past back there is no telling what this guy can do. He has got a classic physique not lacking in size, fullness, thickness, and certainly not vascularity. This is the guy who whooped everyones but in the most muscular posedown a couple of years ago. His main problem right now is that his conditioning has been mediocre of late and he has lost a little size in his once massive and shredded legs. If he hits his conditioning and regains those classic lines watch out!

7. Melvin Anthony- Arguably the best back double bicep in the biz. He brings great proportions, good conditioning, and he is the best poser around. I really like Melvin and if he comes in on target he could do some more damage than just 7th. The problem is that he hasn't come on target of late. He looked not so great at the Arnold this year and sometimes he misses his peak. He either peaks too early are not early enough. If he nails it he could find himself back in the top six.

8. Dennis James- There is honestly no telling what DJ can do. He looked great at the tampa pro and the europa. He regained the cuts in his quads, had great hams, solid conditioning, no distinted belly, a gnarly most muscular, and this guy is wider than wide from the back. If he is on he could be back in the top six as he was a couple of years ago, but if he misses his mark and isn't huge and shredded it could be trouble. He has come a long way from his fourth place finish and I wish him tons of luck. He's a shoe in for the top ten, but if he nails it top six for sure.

9. Silvio Samuel-I like Silvio. He's got crazy round muscle bellies, awesome conditioning, great thighs and arms, and he is coming off a break out year. The problem is he's too small and he lack size and thickness. His back is his weakest point. He's not got very much thickness or separation. I think he's got the legs, but not the back, and at the Mr. Olympia you have to have both. He is a great competitor and we could see some more big things from him in the future.

10. Fouad Abiad- This guy is my wild card top ten. Man did he look great at the Europa. For a smaller guy he was thick and separated with great condition. He has a very bright future. If he can hold on to his tight conditioning and dryness that we saw at the Europa he will be in the top ten. He has got a great chance for a first time Olympia competitor. He needs a little bit more size and he needs to keep his conditiong. If he does this we will see some great things from Fouad in the future.

how come no one picked ronnie coleman?
