So I've been eating some quick fix lunches (4g F, 41 g C, 25 g p) but it has 550mg Sodium (23%). What do you all say about daily sodium intake? Trying to increase lean body mass. Yes...I know quick fix type lunches aren't great.

Sodium intake is not that important. Just keep your protein up.

as long as you are not salt sensitive (i,e, it drives your bp up) it really isn't an issue.

just to add, if you drink enough water, it should help keep the salt from bloating you as well

From the reading I have done about salt the daily recommended limit will vary greatly depending on a number of variables but the main factor for determining your sodium needs is water intake rates.
In hot climates where a person is constanly sweating and drinking water will need to increase sodium intake by a factor of 2-3 times in order to maintain proper levels of sodium in the body.
Without doing a bunch of blood work to dertmine your specific individual requirements one of the best rule of thumb I have seen is to consume 120mg of sodium per 20oz of water drank. So if you are drinking a gallon of water a day you can consume up to 2400mg of sodium (which just happens to be about 100% of the DRA). If you drink 2 gallons of water per day you can consume up to 4800mg. Note that I wrote "up to", the FDA has set 2400mg as a maximum the average person. Maximum does not mean required so take this info with a grain of salt. Yes the pun was intended.
