I do the crunches in sets of 40. It's really not that hard.

Diet has been perfect. Still doing Keto and it seems to be working really well for me...no foggy brain. Just some loss of strength in the gym, but that's OK given the training I am doing with high reps/low weight.

Great workout! :) I love hyperextensions for my hamstrings. I think it hits them the best for me. Yay for Keto working out!

WTG on the perfect diet! It really is the total key to everything we try to do. Funny how we spend so much time stressing over out workouts, and it's the kitchen that really controls everything

Just going though some things....I'm ok though.

I worked out on Tuesday and Wednesday. Don't have the time to post it now. Yesterday night through today is my carb up and then back to the diet tomorrow. I am taking a day off from the gym today too.
