Before you start to overtrain? I was going through different posts in the forums and someone suggested that training should only last 30-45 min. Is this true? My weight training time usually last 30-45 min but then i do cardio for 40 min then after that i might work on my abs then stretch for 10 mins, So in total i'm in the gym for at least 2 hours. Is that to long? Will i eventually overtrain? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks

Your good to go. You shouldn't overtrain with your current routine.

If you're worried about overtraining, take a few days off every couple of months or reduce your volume for a week.

It's an individual thing, depends on what you are doing, how INTENSE the training is, age, sex, etc..............

After about an hour and a half testosterone levels will decrease. Try to keep it under an hour.

If you don;t feel motivated to train you are probably overtraining. You be the judge. Everyone is different.
