Well i'm back on the fitness trail, the up hill struggle to get my body mind and soul into shape! I think I want to tackle it a bit differently though, something a lot more long term somthing i will stick at and not give up on, because in effect i will be giving up on myself if i don't.
there is one thing thats different, this time its personal. its not because my partner is a fitness freak, its not because my friends are doing it, it not because its the latest craze. Its because i recently faced a very unpleasant issue in my life that has left me wanting and needing to transform every last hair on my head, some might call it running away, i call it an opportunity to start again, but this time i get to choose.

so my question is does any one have any tips or advice on anything, diet, weightloss, health, flexability, strength, motivation (definatley motivation) or any words of wisdom, anything at all is much appreciated and welcomed.

I'm pumped, i want it more than anything and most of all i'm in control!

Eat clean, train hard, sleep soundly, supplement correctly.

Good luck!

my best advice is read these forums a little bit.
keep a journal in the female journalling section when you feel ready.

train hard, eat happily and keep up the good work

Take it one day, one workout, one meal and even one hour at a time. ;)

If you stuff up just make the next meal a clean one, and the next and the next. Its not over til the fat lady's thin! :)

And its good to see another Aussie . . .

Today is my first clean eating day. I?m not cutting out carbs completely this time. In the morning I?m having a bowl of cereal and bran with milk and a piece of fruit like a pear or a banana.
My snacks for the day are a protein shake and nuts. Are there any nuts I shouldn?t have?
For lunch I had some ham and cabana and silverside, just small amounts, green beans, and a few slices of cheese. The meat really made me feel blugh, I?m not a fan of processed meat but it was all I had.
Going to pre make my lunches from now on.
Dinner will be low or no carb as well.
I know a lot of people don?t think the no carb thing is necessary but its worked for me before, however if anyone has any comments or tips about it I?d be interested to hear it. And what do people think about cheat meals?
I?m joining some classes too, kickboxing, step and boxing with my personal trainer to keep my motivation up and add a bit of variety.
Does any one have any motivation tips or stories or anything that worked especially for them?
