here is my schedule:

4am- wake up go to workout at work

5am- gym/shower at work

6am- start work (stuck in a car for 10hours :( here is where i need portable keto food)

4pm- Get off work and head to gym for 1 hour / then 20mins cardio following

530-6pm- Protien shake

8-9pm- bed time

Repeat help me space out my meals and ideas of what i can have for a meal at work its hard i know

Eat stuff from that list any time your hungry and according to your macros. You might have to cook stuff up ahead of time. Its not that hard.
