In my quest for fitness, I feel writing one of these is obligatory.
This is my personal cardio journal to measure the *amount* of cardio I do every day, so that i stick with it.
Past days
August 19. 2008 - 30 Minutes of paced intense cardio + 2 hours of travel across town this day
August 20, 2008 - 45 Minutes of mixed (moderate - intense) cardio + walking across town.
Today, August 21, 2008 - 30 minutes of mild - moderate mixed cardio
Long term Goal - Do cardio 6 days a week for 45mins - hour. after my strength training

good idea for some extra motivation for yourself, any reason you want to improve your fitness level, or just a personal goal for yourself? good luck either way!

today was a ****ty day. 10 mins of intense - mild cardio, i didn't have the motivation to try today... i guess it was because i woke up late.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I have a clinically diagnosed sleeping disorder as well as depression. So when I wake up late, i don't feel like getting cab fare for A&W so I get mom and anthony to go and not bring me back anything while I stay home from school.

coolworkout,
You may consider registering for a race (10K or half-marathon or something) -- I have found that is an excellent way to stay motivated for doing cardio. If you actually pay money to register for one of these races, that is a lot of motivation to train harder.
Just a suggestion though.

this morning-
30 mins of light-normal cardio, some strength training, and a few mins on the bike.
probably will take a day off tomorrow.

You could jog to A&W with mom and anthony instead of paying for cab fare. Or you could spit on their A&W and then jog away so they cannot catch you.
