Im also curious as to what u guys eat day b4 and day of show, but primarily the last thing you eat b4 pre-judging?

i ate a nice big piece of salmon with peanut butter the night befre :). before prejudging i had chicken with potatoes and i had that right through to the finals. small portions every 2 hours. no need for the junk in my opinoin.

It seriously won't really matter what you eat an hour before you step on stage.
I don't think anyone has ever been able to truthfully say "If I would've had two slices of pizza instead of one, 1st place definitely would've been mine!"
