What are some good warm-ups/stretches/tips to help with this?
Thanks.

same here except with my left shoulder.
I tried taking a day off from shoulders so the way my split works i got like a 4 day break for my shoulders. It ended up helping a little bit but yesterday when i did my chest workout i felt it act up a little bit. I tihnk im gonna stick to my split excpet leave out lat raises when i do my shoulders for the next few workouts.

The circles are good and try some side arm raises and forward arm raises and then lean over and do some more arm raises. I would do all 4 in one set: side raise, front, rear, circle, rest, repeat. I had a shoulder out of socket and these helped me avoid surgery. Doing these types of arm raises tightened up the arm socket, warmed up the muscle, and were Doctor recommended. Use light weights and do three sets of warm ups before you start your main workout. Good luck.

It seems to bother me most when I do inclines. I was recently informed that inclines puts more stress on the shoulder gurtle, and declines puts the least. I usually start my workout with incline presses, I think I may try starting with flat presses then do inclines in the middle of my chest workout.
I usually do some circles, 10 rotations each way in small, medium, and large circles. I never use any weight when I do it though.
What's a good ROM for medium/wide grip presses?
