My name is Josh, im 6'0 and 185lbs. I will be starting all my suppliments Friday 8-14-08. I will try and update everyday if possible, and will try and keep my fitday up to date. I will be taking measurments tomorrow. Here is what i will be taking.

- Nutra Coastal SuStaDrol
- EFX Kre-Alkalyn creatine
- Animal pump
- Chicago Nutrition muscle juice
- Universal Real Gains protien
- Chicago Nutrition Liver Better
- Chicago Nutrition vitamins

Workouts will consist of regular excersises mixed with some crossfit.

Advice is welcome

Right now my bodyfat count is at about 8%
My work out today will be back and i will post as soon as i finish
I will also be taking Universal Chrysin X

ok here goes.. BACK DAY :)
Here is how my work outs go. I do 3 sets of 10 with no rest. then do that again with 3 different excerses and so on..

Lat pull down 12
dumbell row 40
leaning lateral raises 20

T bar row 12
Shrug 15
cable row 10

rear delt extensions 2
burn out on all excersises

The low numbers are beacuse right now im working out in a small gym or with cable machines.

Yesterday was supposed to be leg day, but i ended up hurting my ankle helping my girlfriend move into her apartment. So i took yesterday off and did chest today. So here it goes


Today i just did 3 x 10 on all sets, all done with dumbbells

Incline press - 50lb, 55lb, 55lb
little less incline press - 55lb, 60lb, 60 lb
press- 60lb, 60lb, 60lb
Decline press 65lb - only got to do one set because the bench broke :(

Rope tri extensions - 6,6,6
standing tri extensions - 20lb, 20lb, 20lb

Dumbbell curl burnouts - 25lbs, 20lb, 20lb

These last few things were done fast with no break and done till failure

Single leg crunches/normal pushups
Single leg crunches/wide grip pushups
leg lifts with twist at top/tootsie rolls*
bicycle crucnhes/baclance pushups*

* tootsie roll pushups - basic push up position go down, slide right up, down sleide left up. Repeat
*Balance pushups - basic push up position, down, up side bridge, down up other side bridge. repeat

Ok so it has been a few days since i posted last, i have been extremly busy. I have still been working out but just havn't had the time to post. My work outs are still going amazing but im starting to see a few side effects. Starting to get some acne on my face/shoulders, im getting sick to my stomic at night and for some reason feeling simi depressed sometimes. Oh well got to keep on pushing. Ill check weight soon

Try switching up your exercises in the order you are doing them in. Try doing a couple supersets here and there, and add some extra intensity to it as well. More than you would at a normal level to shock your muscles some more. Overall not bad, and hope you continue to keep going strong. I know it's hard to overcome a injury, and good you chose to keep going through it by still working out in a smart way. Keep up the good work bro, look forward to more success from ya.

I took my weight last night and i am up to 190lbs, with my body fat still at about 8%!! The crazy mood swings are gone and i am feeling great! My work outs are going amazing and my weight is increasing. I started switching things up and doing heavy weights till failure, then light weights till falure. So far i am extremely happy with how things are going. Ill keep yall posted.

ok so i have finished my cycle with sustadrol, and let me tell you, it was amazing. My strength has shot through the roof and im up to 192 but my body fat is at 6%. I recomend this to everyone!
