I won't go into details, but I drank some Smooth Move Tea. It is an Herbal Stimulant Laxative tea. The ingredients are: Active Ingredient: 20mg. Sennosides A & B per cup from senna leaf. Other herbal ingredients: Licorice root, fennel seed, orange peel, cinnamon bark, coriander seed, ginger rhizome, natural orange flavor.

While I no longer have a NEED to drink this tea, I really liked the flavor and it helped me relax. Does anyone know another kind of tea with the same flavor but not the same effect?

Yogi Tea has an appetite suppressant tea that has all the same anise flavors.

Here it is

Mmm - other than the Senna, all those ingredients sound very yummy.

I remember learning about that ingredient from the dieter's tea my grandmother would drink. I admit that I am easily amused, but I got a bit of a kick when I saw the name of the "Smooth Move" tea recently at the grocery store. Made me wonder if the marketting group was giggling behind their hands while waiting to see if the product name would be approved.

I always use that smooth move when I NEED to... lol. Works a little too well sometimes. If you like that licorice type flavor, try some tea with fennel in it. Look for nausea teas and pregnancy teas. Sounds strange, but they taste very much like that smooth move.

I drink green tea and that alone does a real good job. Just about any herbal tea works for me.
