Awesome squat session yesterday! 275x5 has been a goal of mine FOREVER but I still havent gotten it:(...dammit, I remember when I could hang w/ you on squats...not anymore....
I'm currently trying to get 40 reps of 225 in 3 sets...think you can do it?

LOL! No I'm not working there. There was actually a small electrical prob in my school cafeteria, so I was basically stuck with water whey and nothing. I havent updated my fitday in a while but I'll do it now to show my independance of McDonalds :p

Nice job on the legs and shoulders/tris. Is 315x1 a pr for you? Also, as was previously stated, nice military presses, and strong db presses afterwards, you've got really strong shoulders:)

Couldn't eat a shake post-workout, just had a sample box of Wheaties to calm my stomach and slept for an hour. :o I blame my ****ty workout on a mixture of sickness and a lack of sleep from the past 2 nights. (6 page paper thursday, being sober and helping drunkards last night)

So I'm having my routine reworked by my instructor in my Weight Training class, who just so happens to be a Division 1 college strength and conditioning coach. (He knows his **** :)) I feel great after this workout, ready to see what he changes for my other days! Serum seems to be helping too, as I consume less stims but feel more energy!

Serum is a stim correct if i am wrong? I like that setup a little pre-exhaust and then smashing squats hard bro. Legs are going to grow with that for sure.

Yes, Serum is a stim. It also has creatine and BCAA's.
Pre exhaust was amazing! Sore as hell today :D

Awesome pump, feeling great. Bad stomach today, but still ate a lot..mostly food that I don't have fitday info for, so I don't want to enter..should be 4000 cals and 250g protein so far. Starting to notice a gut, so going to trim the useless cals..of course.

Lol I wish! My back is really weak, I struggle greatly with pullups. In addition my calves are terribly small. Right now I'm working on not just ignoring my weak points and absolutely hammering down on em!
3 Plates = GOd Mode.
My whole body had to work on that rep lol

First 3 sets were basically to failure. I normally can get 2..(max is 285)
I feel like going so hard early may kill my last few sets

I wouldn't train to failure....especially on your first sets.
If anything...make your last set - your all out set.

9/10 times i do that, but today was different..trying to see if i could get the 225x10 PR..normally I save the 'all out' sets for the end

They give me a crazy pump, and really hit my forearms in places where hammer/reverse curls don't, so I like to mix them in every once in a while.

I'm still fairly lean, but putting on 30lbs in 6 months still leaves some fat gains. I plan to cut from (hopefully) 205 to 195. Really mild, but a good way to slow down the metabolism and change things up. In actuality its more of a recomp than a cut.

Exactly why i stopped my old one lol.
Though ive always thought this one had a pretty clean layout :confused:

Have had the flu and 3884 hours of schoolwork since tuesday..will be done with all the work by tonight finally :D
I'll post up what I lift tonight for an update, but really looking forward to my next log.

That sucks man. Seems like a lot of people have been sick lately. My brother had the flu for the past week or so, and this is our spring break. ****ty time to get sick. Looking forward to the workout and the new log:D
