ha! nothing beats shoveling for an hour, only to see a big plow fill the end of your driveway with 3 feet of heavy ice and snow! It gets old fast, but nothing beats snow football!

only used it once, but i have much less DOMS than usual, and it really gave me a better pump!

I agree, it's much more effecient for me to lift early as well.

as for the snow, you can come over and shovel for 2 hours any time ;)

So after legs today i decided to go and play 3 hours of basketball tonight. My legs killed, but i spent an hour in a hot tub outside in the 15 degree weather, feel great now!

Working on a new routine. Trying to deviate from a bodybuilding routine and switch to a more power oriented split. I plan (srs) to transfer this fall to a school for D3 football. I feel like I am close enough to get it. If I hadn't gotten sick I would have played.

Since I've started getting free supplements, I have had the oppurtunity to use some Muscle Tech Products. Thus far I have yet to try my Gakic, Creakic, NaNoX9, Nano Vapor. Therefore - No comment.

However, Celltech has been used.

Lemon lime tastes pretty good, and is refreshing pwo. I like the sugar content, because for a skinny bastard like me it wont kill me. It's actually a pretty solid product, with ala, taurine, chromium, and at least 10g of creatine mono. I won't credit it with having any of the other 'goodies' on the label because, well..I don't know how much there really is/how much a small dose will help.

Compared to regular mono, I've noticed a little greater strength and recovery, but nothing significant. I like the added 200 or so calories from my 1.5 scoops, and plan to use it as long as it's free. It isn't worth it's retail value, but is def a good product if priced right.

Nitro tech is slightly better tasting then ON whey. I noticed no differences but this.

Freak Fix (same company) tastes like oreos, but makes a mess in a blender and doesn't mix too well.

So far, muscle tech in my opinion makes really quality supplements, but has overhyped marketing, and is priced about 50% too high.

Working at GNC has given me a ton of free stuff/insane discounts. Muscle Tech makes good products. Since they are free, and I'm smart enough to look past the labels, it works well. :D (CL products are a ripoff, GM and PW small containers are $50 each)

Since I lifted with a friend he noticed some form problems and told me to get even lower, helped me adjust my footing and bar placement..I normally break a bit below parallel but this time i got as low as my knees allow and held it there for about a second...I'll be up next week no worry :)

Same here. Well, my first goal is 225 for reps (not just a 1RM), then three plates for a 1RM.
