Hey y'all!

Greetings from San Antonio, TX! Just wanted to create a thread where y'all can ask me questions and get to know me a little bit better here on bodybuilding.com! I've been a busy lady the last couple of months since the FAME World Championships, and I've got to apologize for not having the time to respond to everyone who has sent me emails that I haven't yet had the time to respond to! I do read ALL of them, and appreciate so much the wonderful support, and the opportunity to share a bit of my knowledge and experience from my own personal fitness journey with y'all!

*I'm psyched to announce that Linda Mosse and I have officially founded Destined 2 Be Fit Kids. This is a non-profit organization that will raise funds to provide sport/fitness camps and class scholarships for underprivileged children struggling with overweight and obesity. We are in the process of developing the new website for this organization so stay tuned!

August 29 - Boise, ID: Tune in to Justin.tv on Bodybuilding.com! I will be live on this webcam show at approximately 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. central time. September 20 - Toronto, ON: I will be competing in the WBFF World Championships in the Figure and Fitness Model Divisions!

September 21-22 - Toronto, ON: I will be shooting with Status Fitness Magazine and Oxygen Magazine!! Double Yay!!

September 26 - 29 - VEGAS baby VEGAS: I will be attending the Olympia super show and watch for me AND my sister Linda in the FLEX Bikini Model Search!! This is Linda's first time to EVER take the stage and I am so excited to see her take her fitness to the next level as she uses this competition as her motivation!! She is a busy mom and truly an inspiration!!

October 2-5 - Lincoln, NE: I will be up in Lincoln Nebraska with legendary UFC fighter Chuck Liddell at the Max Muscle Lincoln store (Oct. 3 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.) In addition I will be assisting Fred George with a fight clinic on Oct. 4. We will also be catching the Corn Huskers first game of the season during this weekend too!

October 24 - 26 - South Carolina: I will be a motivational speaker for a youth pep rally, educating them on the importance of leading a fit and healthy lifestyle and developing healthy habits at an early age!
