not sure where else to post this question so i figured id put it here
my gym has one of these but i have never thought about going into it...are these bad to sit in for a couple minutes after a workout?

Well, after you figure out the potential saftey hazards of a steam room (dehydration, heat exehaustion/stroke, fainting & dizziness) you can look into heat acclimitization (increased sweat rate, decreased RPE in heat, better sodium retention ect) This is of course if you do it for 30 mins every day. Some people will say sweating a lot is good to cleanse your system, and it may be but be careful you dont lose too much or your workouts will suffer.

Before and after you use it drink water, a lot of it.
