Just wonderin if anyone here has shoulder instability? (basically meaning your shoulders sublux or pop out of place a lot) I had surgery to try and repair this but it didnt work. im just wonderin if anyone has had success fixing this problem.

had surgery 6 weeks ago for the same thing. Not sure yet, thats weird though
what did your doctor say?

well before surgery the MRI's showed significant tears. had the surgery but shoulder still subluxes every so often with just about any overhead movement. went back and had another MRI and the doc said there werent any tears. so he decides i just have narrow shoulder joints and they will always pop out. there has to be some way they can tighten this down. i cant do a single pull up without my shoulder slipping out. its really affecting my lifting.
