does the nutirational info for butternut squash its for squash with peel or squash without peel?
i mean, i cut the squash to fries form and bake at oven, its shrink to half size, i cut out the peel and eat the squash.
the nutiration info for 100gram of butternut is for peel eaten or not?

Na, it says toward the top of the search that the values are of the edible portions. The skin is edible. Most people don't like the taste of the skin though.
