I suffered a dislocated right shoulder, twice and I did rehab after the second one with much success. If yours was dislocated 3 times I think surgery would be your best option, yes I know theres rehab, yes I know I am from Canada and we have Universal Health Care. But the fact remains that there is not stability in the joint, ligament damage is definite, cartlige damage is definite, muscle and nerve damage may exist. Had this been #1 or even #2 I would suggest some pt and rehab, but this is #3 and its time to fix to problem. Sorry Bud, take my opinion with a grain of salt since I am not a doctor, but I imagine that the doctor would have the same opinion as me.
