its a great book, and i'd recommedn you buy it, one way or anotehr.

its a great book, and i'd recommedn you buy it, one way or anotehr.OK, that's weird. I got my copy on Thursday and I also recommend to even if you know how to lift weights, It just gives you a more thorough view of the major lifts. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Would buy again

I know i wanted both of the books for a while now but UK amazon doesen't have
2nd edition or PP. Wanted to see if anyone had used copies before i buy them of Amazon US and pay massive shipping.
