Hello all!

Need some advice please. Im 19 and looking into entering a Junior Body Building competion. I weigh in at around 88 Kgs and am about 5'7. In terms of bulk and muscle,id say im big, however, looking at pictures you need to be ripped up to have a chance of winning. I didnt realise qualfying is mid august and dosnt leave me much time, I gym alot during the week (5-6 times a week) and was wandering if there is a quick way to get myself more defined for qualifying? Any tips would be much appreciated, i totally understand there is little time and it may not be possible, but any advice would be great. thanks.

Hate to say it...But no, there is no quick way.

Unless you are already very lean....August is way too close to make any significant change in BF.

Agreed. Not enough time to do it right. But don't be discouraged. Pick a show that gives you enough time, then get it done. We'll be here to help.
