Okay so about 6 months ago I started my weight loss journey. At that point I was only focused on losing fat and being "skinny". About 3 months ago I started weight training and it turned me to a different direction of goals I have set for myself. Not only would I like to be trim, but have definite muscle definition. At this point I am still lifting weights, but I still have some fat to lose so that those muscles can be defined. My question is how much cardio is too much cardio when trying to build muscle at the same time as trying to lose fat? Also, is there a weight loss supplement recommended to help boost the fat loss? I have been off track lately as far as my diet goes, but I am motivated and ready to re focus on my eating habits, so that's not an issue. When I am focused I eat a low carb diet...chicken, fish, veggies, etc. Any input and suggestions would be appreciated so much. I'm excited about the next phase of transforming my body for the best!!!

its extremely difficult to lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time. as far as cardio is concerned i am no expert, but what type of cardio are you doing?

also get your diet in check before you think about taking any kind of supplements. too low of a carb intake is not nescecarily a good thing, maybe look into carb timing or carb cycling. your body needs complex carbs too!
