Hey, I'm making this mainly to monitor my progress. I'm trying to bulk and I'm going to write down my gains and workouts here.
I'll be writing down the basics of my diet later. I have my workouts down so please critique!



I'm going to weigh myself in the mornings as soon as I wake up.
Starting Weight: 109.8 [7/18/08]
Current Weight: 109.8 [7/18/08]
Goal Weight: 130lbs+

Supplements: ON Whey, ON Casein, Multi-Vitamin

Day 3- Legs/Shoulders
Day 4- Cardio/Rest
Day 5- Chest/Triceps
Day 6- Back/Biceps
Day 7- Legs/Shoulders



Chest/Triceps

3x10 Flat Bench Press
3x10 Incline Bench Press
3x10 Decline Bench Press
3x10 Incline Flyes
3x10 Kickbacks
3x10 CG Bench Press
3x10 Overhead Triceps



Back/Biceps

4x10 Incline Curls
3x10 Dumbell Curls
3x10 Bicep Machine
3x10 Lat Pulldown
3x10 Deadlifts
3x10 Lower-Back Extensions


Legs/Shoulders

4x10 Dumbell Shoulder Presses
4x10 Military Presses
3x10 Shrugs
3x10 Shoulder Press Machine
3x10 Squats/Leg Presses
3x10 Leg abduction Machine
Dumbell Lunges to Failure

Why not? I've been doing it for about..5 weeks now and I feel just fine.

I can't edit my thread anymore O.o..That's weird.

7/18/08- 109.8lbs, Chest/Tri for 55 min. , 2,200 calories eaten.
7/19/08- 110.0 lbs, Back/BI for 50 min. 15 min cardio.

It's enough for me to go up on right now. I only weigh 110 lbs I don't need that many calories to bulk.

7/20/0- 110 lbs 50 min Abs/Shoulders and 10 min cardio. 2,100 cal eaten.

I'm not sure yet, haven't lifted again. I FEEL stronger.
I have a lot of energy.

i thought you said you did chest/tris did any of your lifts go up

I don't know; I'm pretty sure my CG Bench did, but this is my first time lifting on this routing and I've only had one Chest/Tri day so not much to go up from.
