I realise Tanning Beauty posted advertising info but does anyone know whether tanning pills really work and are they safe?
The last time I saw them anywhere was in a bodybuilding supply shop which closed about eight years ago.
I'm not into solariums and am always careful in the sun (I burn very easily). At present I use self tanning cream which works quite well but the idea of taking a pill sounds very enticing if it is safe and effective.

Tanning pills can help if you are tanning. L-Tryosine and Copper are the main ingredients. Get off cheaper doing that. ;)
