i was thinking of getting a rucksack and filling it with weights and walking around with it for cardio. whats the biggest rucksack size available?, i've seen 100litres and was wondering how much weight it'll hold?

You might want to check into the weighted vests if you plan on making this a regular way for cardio.

By the way don't go swimming with one of those weighted rucksacks on, cousin Bubba found out the hard way. Miss you Bubba!

I used to use one and started with 25-50, The last weight used was 100

checked out ebay and they're considerably more expensive for less weights - i already have 2 x 25kg plates that would prob go in a bag. cheers though
