As a newbie to the boards, I thought I would help to bring other noobs up to speed on some posting etiquitte:
5. If you are person A and you know a secret about person B, you should not create a thread about person B, or PM person C, D, and E, especially if they are all the same gender and....err...or something like that.
4. Don't tell everybody that your favorite exercise is doing BB curls using the only squat rack in the gym, especially if you are balancing on a Swiss Ball.
3. Don't venture over to the Misc. Forums, or you will waste time that could be better spent working out wondering what things like PIITB mean.
2. It's not real unless you verify it with a picture, especially one with a spoon.
1. If we all wait until winter to post at thread asking, "Can I gain muscle after forty?" then the heat created by Bodyhard will be enough to save all of us who live in the NY area a ton on our heating bills.

#5 I don?t mean to offend anyone who might be involved in this one, but to those of us who have no idea what the related thread was about, it brought back bad memories of analytical tests: If all woobles are weebles, and some wobbles are also woobles then?..

You forgot: Sometimes you have to wade waist deep through acres of ****e before you find what you are looking for on a thread. And I am responsible for more than my share of the brown stuff.

why yes. yes they did. 1987 to be exact.

"Magic Touch"
"Rag Doll"

"Permanent Vacation"
were on it.

I will be doing all of my curls in the power rack from now on. I assume that it is okay with everyone since the rack is in my garage, right?

More advice learned from this forum. Never disrobe in the lockerroom. Every thread about bad things at the gym always has a mention somewhere about old guys and their balls. I think people are obssessed with them.

But.....
on the other hand, if you spend ENOUGH time in the Misc, you will learn very quickly just waht PIITB means.
(but not TOO much time should be spent there, because otherwise your brain WILL melt.)
