Is 80 extra grams for my carb meal sufficient enough. 70 of it is coming from a can of yams and another 10 from spinach. It will be eaten over a 45minute time period with no water, 5oz lean chicken and 35gms of brown rice. Please let me know your opinion

I would carb up until you look full...it is really hard to say a set number...just don't eat till your bloated

Alright sounds good. its kinda hard to see fullness at 15percent bf but i understand what you mean. Thanks and rep'd for response
