Since no one has jumped in...I too have recently got back into the weights. I was working out before but since I've started again I've looked at all aspects and read as much as I could on nutrition. Working out is the easy part of losing (or gaining) weight. I'm no pro but I've always eaten really well and taken care f my body. Weight training is a great step to looking better but nutrition is the key to feeling better and shedding or gaining weight.

Basically, it depends on your goals. Are you trying to lose weight? Do you want to gain muscle and lose weight? Get better definition? I'd suggest posting your goals. That way, people can offer some accurate suggestions. Knowing your goals is the first step to achieving them. :D

You are trying to lose weight - thats obvious! Diet is 80% of it - exercise is the rest. I would recommend eating healthy - eating a calorie restricted diet - post your normal daily intake and let us make some recommendations. Basically in the inital stages i would suggest cardio exercise along with the diet and some light weight exercises. You need to tell us what type of equipment you have access to!
the site has an exercise section - located on its main page - you can see videos of all the exercises there - some are available for downloading for even i-pod.
