I think you better give them a call. They'll let you know what kind of CPR cert. that they require or you can go to Can Fit Pro website. Its listed on their website.

you can get a CPR card from the American red cross, or via your hospital
shop around, because some our 50dollars and some are 20

I just finished my classes w/ CFP and all you need is any basic adult CPR, st/johns ambulance has classes almost everyday in their buildings, the one im taking is around $90 and its a full day (9-5)

agreed, there was me nd about 2 other guys who have been working out for longer then a year, and then there was about 6 people who have never worked out a day in their life before, and the rest of the people were just like runners or people who don't know much about weights, but they were in good cardiovascular shape. IMO 3 days of a course will not make you a personal trainer, years of working out will.
It was a generally pointless course but my gym said that they needed me to have it before I start so it had to be done

hey i m really interested in bodybuilding so i want to start by taking canfit pro cert...... i have basic knowledge and have been going to the gym for a year i know my weights my exercises but i need to be organize and learn more about nutrition protein intake and all that ..... do u guyz think startting off with canfit pro would be good for the begining..... i looked into cpn cert too expensive ...... any advice would be appreciated thanx
