OK, Ive been dieting the best I ever have my entire life for the past month, but Have not seen the progress I want. When I train, I train for power, endurance, and speed, I dont do ANY bodybuilding movements. Ive been training MMA for about two years and love it. I currently weigh 185 and am trying to get to 175 (to fight at 170). Im following a loose version of Derek Charlebois' Gameover cut diet. So...I will be logging my diet and training and supps.
