22, 5'8" 145-148lbs. taking cytogainer post workout and eating the hell out some high protein foods. i started working out in march.

day1
incline bench
bench press
db decline
db incline
db press
butterfly machine
flys

day 2
military press
front delts
side delts
rear delts
traps

day 3
squats
legpress
lunges
calf raises

day 4
tricep pushdowns
closegrip bench press
skullcrushers
kickbacks
flat bench dips

day 5
pullups
lat pulls
seated rows
bb bent rows
bb curls
db curls
hammer curls
chins

day 6 and 7 nothing but eating protein and drinking teh waters.

If you want mass you outta switch it up to something like Starting Strength or Madcow's 5x5 or something of that nature.

Eating a lot of protein is one thing but you really need to keep track of stuff, that way you can up the calories if you are not losing.
