Hey guys! Just wanted to say that's I'm starting an online journal finally.....I always write in one at home which is good bc I can see what has worked and what hasn't for me, but I like the idea of having some feedback! I mean who doesn't lol. Anyways so my goal is to learn how to not binge and eat clean. And also lift more bc I want to get toned and also cut back on my cardio bc I overdo it.

I was going good for about 2 wks then I had to have my appendix taken out and since then I've had a couple of bad days here and there. Like yesterday for example and today, all I want to do is eat. I started running again since surgery and since that is nothing like other cardio it's putting me in a spin to want to eat more and more, I need to get my body used to it again I guess.

So now I'm at work just relaxing and bored and mad bc I didn't make the gym today but oh well there's always tonight. Though I feel pooped and tired for some reason. I think I may be over training but I don't know. So anyways, just wanted to say hi and that i'll be posting my workoiuts and macros, and any advice is appreciated! my goal is to go good in segments of 3 weeks for a total of 9 weeks, which is the longest I've ever gone without a binge day! lol and see what happens. I can do it! lol
Also question, is it necessary to take a total day off, or can one day just be light cardio. Thanks!

Hi there, welcome to journalling, how long ago did you have surgery?

I personally think you shouldnt be doing any heavy cardio or lifting until you are feeling 100%, I would probably go for light walks instead aslong as your feeling up to it, dont worry about the food your eating, your body needs the fuel to getting back on track. Look after yourself, your body is obviously telling you to.

What are your stats? I also want to get toned and eat clean, are you looking to maintain your weight?

Wow your tall!

I have only been working properly (as in weight lifting) for about 3 months, and I love it!
