I don't post often, but I read multiple times every day to soak up all of y'alls knowledge.
I have been training for 12 months now and am more excited each day about the progress and capabilities of my body. I started out benching a 20# barbell and can now bench 85# for 4 sets of 6. I was at 30% BF when I started, and hope to get it checked again this week because I know it HAS to be less (right!?). I have gained 10# over the year, but dropped 3 pant sizes. I uploaded a few current pics on my bodyspace, and I'd appreciate any positive comments/CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.
Here's my dilemma...I am moving to the Dallas area Monday and will not have consistent access to a gym until August. I have a family reunion and a trip to see college friends in July as well. I am really worried about staying motivated/focused during this month. I am also worried that it is way too long for me to take a break at this point in my progress. How can I deal with these hurdles without losing too much ground?
Cliffs:
-training for 1 year and am very happy with progress
-moving to Dallas = no gym until August
-need help with motivation and ways to maintain with limited resources
-suggestions from people in the Denton/Corinth area for gyms would be nice too..
