View Full Version : When did you see the most changes during your contest prep?

I am going mostly for physical changes but mental and emotional along with whatever is still acceptable.

I find ending my 12 week out prep that I am getting worried that I will not be ready in time. I do have the confidence tho that I will. I just want to see the fat melt off faster but one thing I learned in here was slow dieting to achieve the conditioning. I am thinking near my 6th week out I will really see some significant changes re enforcing the fact that I am right on track!

Through out the whole time I found out new things about my body and saw physical changes.

I think the last few weeks I probably learned the most and saw the most changes.

I noticed my biggest changes the last 3 weeks. At about 5 weeks out I didn't think I could do it, then all of the sudden what everyone was telling me became true. For us gals, that's when you finally see the legs truly start to lean out and supposedly for the guys it's the stomach region.

Yep, there's something magical that happens once you break into the single digit bf barrier. And again when you hit sub-5%. As if you needed a reason to stay motivated in the last few weeks, the vascularity and sick definition will keep you where you need to be bro. Good luck.
