hey guys
although im no competetive
bodybuilder

i am in the process of cutting down to
reach single digt bodyfat %

i guess my question is concerning carb cycling
how soon should i be re feeding to restore
my glycogen levels
for optimal fat loss results?



any help would be great

I usually refeed 2x per week.....Tues and Sat.....I feel that is enough time to deplete myself enough to where my body needs an influx of carbs to get it going again.
