I was just wondering what type of protein you use and like. Im in a cutting stage until the end of August and would be using it twice a day in a frozen strawberry/water/protein smoothie for meal 4 and a skim milk and protein drink for meal 6. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
if your mixing it with strawberries anyway, the strawberry gnc whey isnt too bad. Why are you making that shake with milk while you're cutting..? not critiquing just wondering cause im cutting now and i was told to make all my shakes with just water because dairy makes you hold water weight...

ON classic whey is really good. Seems to be a favorite on this board. As for the dairy I would keep it...I use dairy all through my contest prep :)

I was under the impression that calcium was necessary. If im drinking skim milk isnt it mainly water anyway? Im all for taking it out if it holds water weight but is that healthy if thats the only milk product Im consuming all day?
