I've met the following

Perry Saturn and A-Train when I was training
Kurt Angle-Funny dude
Chris Benoit a few times. Shy at first, but our love for Dynamite brings us together :D
Undertaker-was kind of a d*ck, but it was the early morning so I'm sure he was tired.
Eddie Guerrero-same as Angle
Ric Flair-Lives his gimmick
HHH-surprisingly easy going. The way he was in DX is pretty much the way he is in real life.
Ricky Steamboat-very knowledgable
Scott and Rick Steiner-both very talkative

By met, I take it you mean to have had at least some sort of conversation with, no matter how short or meaningless :D, so...

Mick Foley - just a genuinly nice guy. I was in shock though, and couldn't really say anything.

Kevin Nash - I met him when he was in WCW. He signed an autograph 'Diesel' for me :D

Stone Cold - just for a couple seconds. Just seemed like an awesome guy. Very friendly.

Howard Finkel - As soon as I get a scanner I'll put up the pic I have of me with him. He has no sense of humor though. I started ranting on about Vince should fire Lilian Garcia and give him his spot back (right around the time where Lilian and Trish beat Finkel down on a PPV). I was just goofin, and Finkel just looks at me very seriously and goes, "I don't think Vince will fire her" :D

Oh, and Ric Flair blew both myself and my brother off THREE times. We always hang around back after the show, and all three times when they were driving away (we hang out at the red light up the road), Arn waved and acknowledged our existence :D, but Ric kept his head down and just drove away. I WILL get to meet him some day :)

I met RVD, Stacy Kiebler, Spike Dudley, and the Brooklyn Brawler. I also met one of the refs (at WMX7) but I dont remember which one. My parents met Stephanie McMahon, and I have her autograph, but I didn't get to meet her. That's about the only ones I remember.

Yeah I met him ina gym when they were in town for a raw. he was military pressing like 270 for 6 reps with ease. Just all of his lifts were way up there.
Same with the LOD saw them in a gym as well benching 500 or so Animal did with ease, just freaky strong.

Jake Roberts- Totally awesome and interesting guy. He may have his personal issues, but he was a first class human being. I even got him to position me for the DDT (he didn't want to actually deliever the move on me). Lmao it was scary when he said "I'm gonna drop you on your head" in his voice.

Jerry Lynn- Really nice guy. Funny, friendly, it was great meeting him. I offered him a chip when I saw him, he replied "What before a match?...Do you want me to puke?" we then had a laugh.

A.J Styles- Hmmm seemed like an o.k guy, but I sensed a bit of cockiness.

Ulf herman- Big Ulf is totally awesome. The guy has me in fits of laughter. I sat and spoke with him for about 15 minutes.

Juvi Guerra- Prick.
