I've been training a couple for about a few weeks, one hour 3x week (m-w-f)

Both are completely different from each other and theyre both into athletic-style training, core trainining, but not too much weight-resistance/weight-lifting.

I impose a lot of pylometrics coupled with resistance, isometrics holds, core+weight resistance, and lots of exercises to increase their heart-rate, but lately i'm running out of ideas to stimulate them physically. Help?

Man-
Husky but not fat, likes to weight-lift, is strong but not too muscular, a bit soft. Wants strength and to trim fat.

Woman-
Very very lean and toned, marathon runner, doesnt wanna bulk up, nor shred down, just wants more strength and conditioning. And she hates weights

As you can see, with such an odd couple it can be hard to train them if not prepared.

Thanks for any help!

The problem with this is that they have two different goals, like two different styles of training and are two different people completely.

I feel that it is impossible to give them the best service you can as a trainer/professional in the field with the same program.

Remember the principle of individual differences?

Some people work really well together, some people just really can't be trained together and be expected to adapt in the way they want to!
