Hey guys, im currentley on a summer cut right now and was wondering that when I lift if I should do lighter weight with higher reps or continue to strength train. I'am eating clean and I know the main part to a cut is the diet, so just wondering what you guys would suggest as far as lifting is concerned.

What are your main goals? If you want to lose weight but continually gain strength, they contradict themself. If you play football, I would recommend to forget about cutting and just focus on strength gains.

keep lifting heavy, keep your diet in check, and do your cardio
