I got done training yesterday, had a great back workout, threw some abs in, and about 30 min of cardio. After i was done i looked at my abs in the mirror, and they appeared droopy so to speak, looks like i have an indention in my top right ab. They don't hurt, just feel very weak....and the odd thing is, i never felt anything during training, just noticed it by looking at them afterwards, you guys figure just strain or fatigue??
