trapezius/rhomboid pain, please help

i have painful traps or rhomboids between my shoulder blades, the pain is on both sides and since about 7 months, its very tendor to touch and nothing seems to help, i can't take it anymore, please any suggestions.

time to go see a Doctor. seems like a pinched nerve or a disc problem, but only a Doc and some tests can find out for sure.
