it started a week ago, i dont remember how i injured it, but i had an intense arms workout a few weeks ago, but i followed strict form.
anyways it hurts right where the inner bicep head meets the forearm, and it only hurts when i do standing EZ bar curls or if i do preacher curls, everything else like DB's i can do fine. also it disappears after the workout.
i was thinking to lay of the barbell for a few weeks and stick with the DB's,,any other ideas???????
