Okay, I think it's time to start my own log seeing as everyone else has one but me L0L.

Background:

Well as a young child I was skinny and was naturally skinny for many years, then as soon as I hit secondary school I began to eat unhealthily, grazing on Mc Donalds, KFC and fast food on a regular basis along with any other junk I could get my hands on throughout my day, which soon lead to me piling on the pounds and leaving me at about 203lbs at a very young age (9-10 years old.) Then at the age of 11 years old, I began to develop a real interest in sports and was involved in many different catergories of sport such as Rugby, Football, Karate and running to name but a few, whilst also loosing my interest in eating junk everyday which is very hard to explain, just didn't feel like eating the chocolate bar or burger. After taking up these many different sports, I then lost a huge 70lbs which greatly turned my life around both mentaly and physically. I continued progressing with sports up until the age of 14-15 where I obtained a real interest in Bodybuilding and gaining muscle, after watching various Biographys on Arnold Schwarzenegger, which intregued me imensely, However I was not Bodybuilding yet and decided to join a gym as soon as I could. Then at 15 I joint my very first gym and decided to take Bodybuilding to a whole new level for me and begin bulking up and change my Skinny Fat, unmuscular frame by bulking up from 133lbs, 8% bodyfat to a more muscular 175lbs, 16% bodyfat in little over 1 year, I am now 16, coming up 17 and am sitting a a healthier 161lbs 12% bodyfat at 6ft 1' after my second cut. I am now planning to cut until I reach 10% which should only be a couple more weeks, then I can continue my progress and add more LBM to my frame. I am greatly impressed with my transformation so far and am really pleased I found Bodybuilding which I think is not only a great sport but an unbelieveable lifestyle too.

Was always skinny until I hit secondary school where I hit my heaviest weight of 203lbs, then lost a staggering 70lbs through exercise and change of diet alone.

Found interest in Bodybuilding, joined a gym at 15 and went from 133lbs (8% bodyfat) to 175lbs (16% bodyfat)

Cut from 175lbs (16% bodyfat) to 161lbs (12% bodyfat), continuing my cut to 10% bodyfat then going on a long bulk until I have no choice but to cut again.
