I recently did my PT course in a college and i did not enjoy it whatsoever... it was not well managed at all... ive decided that any further certs i will get i want to do online.. id like to do a course in nutrition, someting in core strenght and i'd like to get a cert in bodybuilding, hypertrophy training...

any info on these courses would be rewarded with reps...

thanks

ExpertRating.com has a pretty decent "simple" sports nutrition cert very cheap. You will need to bring a lot of your own knowledge as it still relies on the food pyrimid concepts but it is pretty decent and it is professional.

How serious is ExpertRating taken in professional circles? I looked at it too, and it seems decent (not for a main cert but for supplementary ones) but if no one acknowledges I'd like to know before I spend the money.

ya I would go for supplementary 1's but wudnt do the main PT course tru it, dat costs 49.99 dollars... mine cost 2200euro that i did nd its recognised all over the world.

ive e-mailed some1 in the industry and asked them where the best place is to do extra courses such as diet + nutrition / indoor cycling (spinning) etc. online.when ever she gets back to me ill post the answer and web links she gives on this thread
