I am a golfer and also lifting weights. I hear yoga or pilates are beneficial to golfers because of the stretching aspect. Would it be alright to do either class while lifting weights? Can it hinder muscle growth? Would their be an ideal time to do it, like not do Yoga on the same day I lift, etc? Also, which class would you recommend? Thanks in advance!

I do both yoga and pilates, I do them on non lifting days. Yoga is more for flexability, pilates for core strength and posture.

Yes.

I do Pilate's, Yoga, Martial arts, Aerobics, and strength training. I believe they compliment one another and also give you a great body.
