Is there any personal trainers out there willing to guide me a little or give me some help?
I'm an 18 year old.
5'7
currently 131lbs
Four weeks ago I would weigh in at around 145-150lbs.
and I went on a crazy unhealthy diet and I lost around 15lbs in less then 4 weeks. I went on the diet to cut weight for a boxing fight. Now that the fight is over, I'm stopping boxing for a little and want to bulk up and have a bigger body.
And also since I was recently on an unhealthy diet eating less then 1,000 calories per day. I'm scared to eat regular again due to my metabolism probably being low and I'm scared my body will absorb a lot of the fats and calories.
Is there anyone willing to guide me over the next few weeks/months on nutrition plans and work out routines to bulk up?
And also supplements and protein intake? I want to get back up to 145lbs but this time with no more then at least 8% body fat.
