Hi,

In the beginning, when I began my workouts I lost 15 lbs over 3 months. Now it's been two months and I have lost only 2 lbs. What am I doing wrong?
One thing I did notice was that my water intake decreased... could this be the problem? Otherwise, I am following a diet of mostly protein, not eating late, and doing a 3-day split workout program.

My other concern besides the water is should I incorporate more cardio in my workouts? Here's the current one:

Day 1 - Chest, Triceps, Abs, 30 min cardio
Day 2 - Back, Shoulders, Biceps, 30 min cardio
Day 3 - Quads, Hams, Calves, 30 min cardio
Day 4 - 60 min cardio, Abs

I work this alternate days. In between, should I add more cardio? Or should I increase the cardio on these 4 days itself?

Blugrl....It looks like your workout split is a good one. I would have to guess that the slowdown in weight loss is more from your diet.
Do you know your body fat? Has this decreased over the past 2 months?
What do you mean by a mostly protein diet?

Just need a little more info so we can give you some tips. :)

if you are eating mostly protein with no fats and few carbs you are lowering your metabolic rate and so you could'nt be able to lose fat....you are risking only to lose muscles....and if you lose muscles you can't lose fat, cuz muscles are metabolically active, and you need them to become lean
so you need to post your diet and your morphotype.,...better with a photo, then wwe could advice you in a better way
bye
